The property is situated on Market Street, which is a 1-minute walk to the Royal Arcade project that will create over £48m in value to the City Centre. Crewe is set to become a vital 'super sub' for HS2, surrounding the station it is expected to create 37,000 new jobs and 7,000 new homes by 2043.
