A circa net 32,000 sq foot office building in the heart of Preston City Centre, located on Winckley Square, an attractive mixed-use location, compromising predominately period properties, situated around central gardens.

We are completing a full refurbishment of the space and have agreed for OneCoWork to manage this flexible workspace, opening early April 2024.

The square is the pre-eminent location in the city for businesses, and a high end residential hot spot.
